First National One Frame Philatelic Exhibition, organised by Baroda Philatelic Society, Vadodara. The objectives and concept of One Frame National Philatelic Exhibition "Stampmania 2009" are to provide for both new collectors to start exhibiting on a small scale at a National Exhibition and also to provide established collectors an opportunity to show exhibits on subjects or themes that cannot be treated well in more than one frame or to show new ideas and developments. We undertook the entire gamut of designing, from logo to identity cards to souvenir to certificates to special covers and cancellations.
